Christian AI Labs is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and Service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, name, login credentials, church if you add it): to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Conversations and tool inputs: to provide answers and keep your history. Legal basis: contract.
• Usage data (message counts, device and browser info, IP address): to enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your private conversations to train public models without your explicit opt-in consent.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host our app, database, and AI models (including our model inference provider), under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, when required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account data and conversations while your account is open. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention (for example, tax records held by Paddle).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. UK and EEA residents may complain to their data protection authority. We respond within one month. Email support@christianailabs.com to make a request.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level permissions so each user can only access their own conversations.

Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
