Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Christian AI Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use our website, assistants, or ministry tools (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live. If you use the Service for a church or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

What the Service is

The Service provides AI assistants for Bible study, Christian Q&A, and ministry preparation, built on open-weight language models. It is not a pastor, counselor, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service.

AI outputs and accuracy

• Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misquote Scripture. Verify important answers against Scripture and trusted teachers.
• Outputs are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988, or contact local emergency services.
• You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, and for having the rights to any content you submit.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment, or hate speech.
• Generating deceptive content, impersonation, or deepfakes.
• Infringing others' intellectual property.
• Malware, probing or attacking our systems, scraping, or attempting to bypass safety measures (jailbreaking) or usage limits.
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service except as our open licenses allow.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these rules.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, documentation, and branding. Model weights, datasets, and benchmarks we publish openly are governed by the license published with each release. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the Service. Subject to these terms, you may use outputs you generate. Rights holders can report infringement to support@christianailabs.com; repeat infringers will lose access.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your Account page.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, we delete your conversations within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them.
